These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website located at jillino.vip ("Platform") and all associated gaming services provided by jillino ("jillino", "we", "us", or "our"). You must notify jillino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jillino shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
You must ensure that all information associated with your jillino Account is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
jillino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jillino may withhold processing of withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.
You may request closure of your jillino Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure, subject to withdrawal eligibility checks, will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
jillino currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven (via payment partners), Coins.ph, and USDT. jillino reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

All transactions on the jillino Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. jillino is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by jillino are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms stated at the time of promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been met in full. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly for each promotion. Where wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x), this means the bonus amount multiplied by that figure must be wagered in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested.
jillino reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated software to meet wagering requirements; or systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
Bonus Funds that have not been used or do not meet wagering requirements within the period stated in applicable promotion terms will be automatically removed from your Account. jillino will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All games offered on the jillino Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes verified by independent certification bodies. Game results are final once a round is completed, subject to the provisions of clause 6.3 below.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round, jillino reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. jillino will not be liable for any losses — including winnings not received — resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
jillino may void a bet or wager where: a game malfunction has affected the integrity of the outcome; incorrect odds or game data were displayed due to an error; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Voided stakes are returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the jillino Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and account tier. jillino reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts at its sole discretion.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, graphics, and materials on the jillino Platform are the property of jillino or its licensed content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This license does not permit you to:
jillino collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering at jillino, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude jillino's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.
jillino's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or such minimum amount as required by Applicable Law.
jillino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time where:
In cases of Account suspension pending investigation, jillino will retain any Balance in the Account until the investigation is resolved. Where a breach is confirmed and funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, jillino reserves the right to forfeit such funds to the extent permitted by law.
Where Account termination is initiated by jillino for reasons not related to Player misconduct or breach, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following verification.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jillino, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting jillino's customer support team. Please provide full details of the dispute including your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence. jillino will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and endeavor to provide a resolution within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through jillino's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. jillino will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led dispute resolution or investigation process.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the procedures described above.
jillino reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a Player — jillino will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendments.
